DECA Chapter & DECAFE Enterprise
Chapter President & Enterprise Founder
Operational Restructuring
Expanded membership by ~200% by lowering entry barriers for beginners and organizing targeted skill tracks for competitive prep.
Competitive Achievement
Designed an Independent Business Plan combining behavioral neuroscience and digital wellness to curb phone addiction, earning near-perfect marks and qualifying for the International Career Development Conference (ICDC).
Upon election as DECA Chapter President, I restructured the program to make business education accessible to novices by splitting operations into dedicated Competition and Enterprise tracks. To ground business theory in practice, I launched DECAFE, an on-campus social enterprise selling bubble tea and crepes to fund philanthropic goals. Concurrently, I authored a solo, neuroscience-backed business plan for a mobile anti-procrastination app that achieved Top-10 status in New York State.
